The idea that our brains inevitably deteriorate as we age isn’t necessarily true. However, we must commit to a regimen of preventative activities throughout our older years to sustain healthy cognitive functioning. Cameron Svendsen, MSW, LCSW, will offer helpful tips to help us maximize our brainpower that will keep our minds sharp for a lifetime.
