Chair yoga is a gentle, healing practice that enables seniors and people with injuries or mobility limitations to do yoga while sitting in a chair. The class includes classic poses of yoga, stretching, easy breathing techniques, and quiet relaxation that improve health and reduce pain. Please bring a pillow to sit on for the chair.
The class fee is $5 per session. Ten-session punch cards are available for $40. Due to limited class size, the class cannot accommodate walk-ins.
If you are unable to attend a class you signed up for, please be courteous and call to cancel so that another interested individual can take your place.
