This informative non-exercise class will provide methods to manage high blood pressure, including regular physical activity. Exercise Physiologist and Health Coach Rhonda Zonoozi will explain what kind of exercise is recommended and how much is safe when you have high blood pressure.
NOTE: Attendees may wish to sign up for “Improving Blood Pressure with the DASH Eating Plan,” held just before this class.
