This six-week series helps people learn to manage pain so life can be more satisfying and fulfilling. Facilitators Reva Litt and Ingrid Sawyer use interactive tools and activities to cover a variety of topics including: dealing with sadness, anger and frustration, and getting a good night’s sleep. Registration is required and walk-ins cannot be accommodated. Accompanying workbooks are suggested for this class and available for purchase during the initial class.
This free Sun Health Community Education class is scheduled from 9 to 11:30 a.m. (including a break) on consecutive Tuesdays beginning on May 20 and concluding on June 24. Your registration is for the entire six-week series.
