Stress is our body’s response to a given event or situation, and it can be positive or negative. However, high stress levels over time can lead to many physical and mental concerns. April is Stress Awareness Month, so join instructor Rhonda Zonoozi, exercise physiologist and health coach, as we look at simple lifestyle changes that can help decrease stress and improve energy levels.
