This program introduces the powerful tool of meditation in many different modalities. Topics include meditation with light, mantras, sound, movement, breathing and more. Taught by Sue Witter, who has taught different meditation techniques for more than 20 years, this class offers a perfect opportunity to find information about many types of meditation to help select a style that fits individual needs and lifestyles.
