Strength training has many health benefits. In this low-intensity class, we will use bands, body weight and other items to train our upper and lower body muscle groups. Beginners are welcome. Exercise Physiologist and Health Coach Rhonda Zonoozi is the instructor.
Due to limited class size, the class cannot accommodate walk-ins.
The class fee is $5 per session. Ten-session punch cards are available for $40.
If you are unable to attend a class you signed up for, please be courteous and call to cancel so that another interested individual can take your place.
