Tai Chi is a traditional Chinese martial art that has been shown to improve strength and balance, and help with stress reduction and relaxation. Practiced in a variety of styles, tai chi involves slow, gentle movements, deep breathing and meditation.
Due to limited class size, the class cannot accommodate walk-ins. The class fee is $5 per session. Ten-session punch cards are available for $40.
