Yoga can strengthen your back and increase the flexibility of your spine. This class combines yoga poses and relaxation techniques to reduce tension, relieve back pain and improve health. Students should bring a yoga mat and a small pillow or yoga blanket to sit on.
The class fee is $5 per session. Ten-session punch cards are available for $40. Due to limited class size, the class cannot accommodate walk-ins.
If you are unable to attend a class you signed up for, please be courteous and call to cancel so that another interested individual can take your place.
