Yoga can strengthen your back and increase the flexibility of your spine. This class, led by Certified Yoga Instructor Jennifer Marshall, combines yoga poses and relaxation techniques to reduce tension, relieve back pain and improve health. Restorative yoga poses are included for creating a system of lifetime health.
The class fee is $5 per session. Ten-session punch cards are available for $40. Due to limited class size, the class cannot accommodate walk-ins. NOTE: Students should bring a yoga mat to class, and a small pillow or yoga blanket to sit on.
