A combination of traditional and flow-style yoga that utilizes breathing, yoga poses, relaxation and meditation to create balance and inner peace. Inner and outer strength, flexibility and focus come from class practice. All levels are welcome.
Students should bring a yoga mat and a small pillow or yoga blanket to sit on.
The class fee is $5 per session. Ten-session punch cards are available for $40. Due to limited class size, the class cannot accommodate walk-ins.
If you are unable to attend a class you signed up for, please be courteous and call to cancel so that another interested individual can take your place.
