Led by Certified Yoga Instructor Jennifer Marshall, the class is a combination of traditional and flow-style yoga that utilizes breathing, yoga poses, relaxation and meditation to create balance and inner peace. Inner and outer strength, flexibility and focus come from class practice. All levels welcome from beginner to continuing students.
The class fee is $5 per session. Ten-session punch cards are available for $40. Due to limited class size, the class cannot accommodate walk-ins. NOTE: Students should bring a yoga mat to class, and a small pillow or yoga blanket to sit on.
