This class emphasizes breathing through yoga poses and building core strength with Pilates. It combines flexibility, balance, and strength exercises for the mind and body that are designed to help improve sleep, decrease anxiety and help you feel restored.
Due to limited class size, the class cannot accommodate walk-ins.
The class fee is $5 per session. Ten-session punch cards are available for $40.
If you are unable to attend a class you signed up for, please be courteous and call to cancel so that another interested individual can take your place.
