Peoria, AZ 85381 623/ 815-2700 The Sun Health Residence for Alzheimer’s Care is a state-licensed assisted-living facility that provides a safe and secure environment in a home-like setting for individuals with Alzheimer’s disease or other related dementia. Our program provides opportunities for personal growth, independence, daily achievements and enhanced quality of life for residents and their families. Programs are individually designed to reflect lifelong interests, values, hobbies and occupations. We promote a social model of care revolving around real life experiences. We stress interaction and involvement with a steady flow of volunteers, family and friendly faces. We pay special attention to holidays, birthdays and anniversaries. Our goal is to provide a treasure of rich, rewarding experiences. At Sun Health, we not only provide a safe, caring environment for individuals with AD, but we’re also seeking a cure.
