Sun Health Arizona Nonprofit Receives CMS Award

Sun Health, one of the leading Arizona nonprofits, is pleased to announce its recent award from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) in support of its nonprofit Care Transitions program.

Is the Northwest Valley an ideal locale for healthy aging? Sun Health, a premier Arizona nonprofit, in cooperation with the Maricopa Association of Governments (MAG) and other local partners, want to know!

Now is the time to check your mailbox and share valuable insights through Sun Health’s Community Aging Services Survey. The survey, which will be randomly mailed to Northwest Valley residents, asks individuals to share their thoughts on a number of healthy aging topics. Here at Sun Health, an Arizona nonprofit, we know that it can sometimes be difficult to figure out when it’s time to schedule that next check-up. From bone density tests to blood pressure screenings, keeping track of the vital procedures every women needs to have throughout her lifetime can be a challenging task.

But because regular doctor’s appointments are so essential when it comes to maintaining good health as you get older, it’s important to know just when exactly it’s time to see your doctor.
