For mothers requiring Caesarean deliveries, all the necessary facilities and specialized personnel are conveniently located within The Nesting Place. In most circumstances, fathers are admitted to Caesarean deliveries with an obstetrician's permission. If needed, The Nesting Place provides a level II special care nursery for premature or ill babies.
Well babies remain in the mother's room during hospitalization. If you desire some quiet time, your baby can be cared for in the nursery. The safety of your newborn is of utmost importance.
A comprehensive system of infant security, in place at The Nesting Place, includes a newborn identification program with fingerprinting as well as the clamping of a personalized tag onto the baby's umbilical cord within seconds of birth. This tag holds a transponder programmed to set off an alarm if the newborn is carried past a hidden security checkpoint.
