A monthly education and support group for those with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD).  Learn ways to better cope with COPD while receiving the support of others who share in your struggles.

Please Note: This class is normally on the second Monday of every month, but was moved one week later in February due to a one-time conflict. The class will resume its regular schedule on March 11.
