Banner Boswell Medical Center’s free monthly education series teaches people about their heart and how to manage chronic heart disease.Following the presentation, participate in small group discussions with registered nurses, pharmacists, exercise specialists and nutritionists. Participants are encouraged to sign up for multiple classes, as presentation topics vary throughout the year.

Amira Said, PCU nurse at Banner Boswell Medical Center, addresses the varied ways in which heart failure impacts a person’s daily life, including his or her ability to perform activities of daily living.
