Taking Care of Your Heart (Women’s Cardiac Health by Lucina Medina R.N.)

Banner Boswell Medical Center’s free monthly education series teaches people about their heart and how to manage chronic heart disease. Following the presentation, participate in small group discussions with registered nurses, pharmacists, exercise specialists and nutritionists. Participants are encouraged to sign up for multiple classes, as presentation topics vary throughout the year. Presented by Lucina Medina, PCU Nurse at Banner Boswell Medical Center, who will discus the risk and incidence of heart disease among women while providing prevention tips and screening recommendations.
