Wellness Community Events

Through a grant to The Wellness Community’s Arizona chapter, Sun Health is pleased to partner with this national nonprofit organization.  The Wellness Community-AZ provides free emotional support, education and hope for people with cancer and their loved ones.  Through participation in professionally led support groups and education workshops, people affected by cancer can learn vital skills to regain control, reduce feelings of isolation and restore hope.

Yoga and Meditation for Recovery
Invigorate your mind and body in this gentle yoga class tailored for cancer survivors that includes soothing stretches, meditation, relaxation and centering breath techniques reducing daily stress and boosting overall immune function. Friends and family are welcome.
