Pamela Gralton brings her experience in nonprofit, small business, banking and real estate to Sun Health Foundation after serving as a consultant for several organizations statewide. Throughout her nonprofit career, the Sun City West resident has served in leadership roles in fund development, operations and marketing with A.T. Still University in Mesa, Society of St. Vincent de Paul in Tucson and the Catholic Community Foundation in Phoenix. She has represented nonprofit and community trade organizations, both in Arizona and Alaska on numerous boards and committees. Gralton is a graduate of the University of Alaska where she earned her bachelor’s degree in business administration and holds a nonprofit management certificate from Arizona State University.

Bonnie Olsen joined Sun Health Foundation after working for several faith-based nonprofit organizations in Phoenix for over ten years, taking one organization from a local group to a national organization. In the years preceding, Olsen spent twenty years as a partner in a multi-state property and casualty insurance agency. She has served on the Board of Directors for multiple organizations and is currently serving as an officer on the Board of BrightLight Institute, an educational nonprofit company. She earned her degree from California State University Northridge.

Prior to joining Sun Health Foundation, Sara Villanueva served as regional director of sales & marketing for Evercare Hospice and community outreach coordinator for Hospice Inspiris, two local hospice providers. Villanueva began her career in health care as the wellness coordinator for Emeritus Assisted Living at their corporate offices in Seattle, WA. She earned her bachelor’s degree in health and human services administration from the University of Arizona in Tucson, AZ.

Mabardy previously served as program director for the Arizona Friends of Foster Children Foundation, where she was responsible for operations management, event planning, proposal development, donor cultivation and stewardship. During her tenure, Mabardy introduced a new streamlined operational system expected to increase productivity by 50 percent. A graduate of California State University, Chico, Mabardy holds bachelors’ degrees in both psychology and communications studies, consistently qualifying for the Dean’s List during her studies. She is a member of the Golden Key and Psi Chi Honor Societies.
